Site audits are an opportunity to review an implemented solution.

An audit can be suggested for a number of reasons, such as business reorganisation, the need to produce better reports or to automate time-consuming processes.

It is also a good idea when the software has been in use for a number of years and there have been staff changes over that time.

An audit provides the opportunity to identify inefficient processes and correct them.  The audit report will set out clear and actionable recommendations, which when implemented, will optimise system efficiency and enhance productivity.

We will normally split the audit into the following phases:-

  1. Initiation
  2. Application Audit
    1. Business process review
    2. Software functions not being used
    3. Areas of the business not covered by current software
    4. Housekeeping
    5. Training needs
    6. Security
  3. Technical Audit
    1. Review the current platform
    2. Benchmarking
  4. Audit Report
