The learning rooms, hosted on Microsoft Teams, offer free and open access, providing dedicated and secure environments for participants to directly interact with verified technical subject matter experts. Microsoft carefully selects room leaders based on their technical proficiency, community support, and expertise in specific topic areas.

Kerry Herger, the community lead on Microsoft’s worldwide learning marketing team, emphasizes that learning rooms offer a collection of new experiences for learners to engage with one another and technical experts. The primary objective is to help the community acquire new skills and knowledge. While numerous learning rooms will focus on Microsoft Azure, there are already eight Business Applications rooms available, covering a range of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform topics.   1. Sharing knowledge: Microsoft will share its expertise in developing and deploying AI responsibly through the publication of key documents, such as the Responsible AI Standard, AI Impact Assessment Template, and Transparency Notes. They will also provide training curriculum and invest in dedicated resources to assist organizations globally.
  2. AI Assurance Program: Microsoft will create an AI Assurance Program to help customers ensure their AI applications meet legal and regulatory requirements for responsible AI.   3.
